Members Present: Howard Burchman, Anne Howard, Kevin Rich and Joe DeMartino (arrived at 7:20 p.m.)

Members Excused: Ellen Battaglini

Staff Present: Maxine Notaro, Permit Coordinator and Matt Mulvey, Acting Building Commissioner and Director of Community Development

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Approval Not Required Application

John McElwee of Felco, Inc. on behalf of Bradford Montello Realty Trust to discuss creating two lots from one lot at the property located at 35 Bradford Street, Provincetown, MA.

John McElwee with Rick Murray and Bill Dougal applicants. Rick Murray met with Building Commissioner to address possible setback issues and found that there were none.

Applicant was advised to formally file Site Plan Review

Board reorganization-on agenda for next meeting when all members will be in attendance.

Planning Board has firmly established and reiterated its policy that absolutely no incomplete applications will be accepted. Permit Coordinator can at their discretion accept completed applications after filing date if publication requirements stated in bylaw can be met.
