Randy Carpenter, preliminary discussion on 54 Bradford Street, Unit D

Building permit was issued on January 8, 1990 and then rescinded by Warren Alexander, Building Commissioner at the time. Mr. Carpenter opted to not challenge the decision at the time but would now like to go ahead with construction. He has come before Planning Board for information and guidance as to how to proceed. Anne Howard suggested that file for this property is reviewed thoroughly before going any further. Case will be discussed at January 3, 2007 meeting at which time Doug Taylor will issue a report after reviewing file.

Howard Burchman reported that there is currently no Planning Board representation on the CPC.  It was suggested that CPC be encouraged to schedule meetings in the evening so as to make it possible for someone to attend their meetings.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Phyllis Lutsky
