Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m.

Review of Town Meeting Articles

Motion: To indefinitely postpone Article 12.

Moved: Howard Burchman Second: Kevin Rich

Discussion on development of property

Kevin Rich said a special permit would be required for an individual or group of individuals looking to develop 7 units or more. The Zoning Board of Appeals can request affordable housing component(s) based on the size of the development.

Bill Gordon said the language in the article deals with the creation of 5 or more units and not lots.

Voted: 5-0-0.
