Application
by Robert Hughes on behalf of Ann O’Hara Hughes, Trustee under Article 4,
Section 4100 of the Zoning Bylaws for Dwelling Units and Commercial
Accommodations. The applicant seeks
approval for the construction of four new residential condominiums at the
property located at 204 Bradford Street
(Res3 Zone).
Applicant
has waived time limits as respect to application.

William
N. Rogers on behalf of Thomas R. Burke and Gary Reinhardt to discuss the conveyance
of a portion of land at 27 and 29 Tremont Street, Provincetown, MA.
This
conveyance will result in a decrease in non-conformity to both properties.
William Rogers will return June 7, 2006 with an official filing.
Discussion on Amendment to
Site Plan Review
William
N. Rogers on behalf of Evelyn M. Gentemann and Roberta J. Cornette to discuss
the construction of a deck on the south elevation and for the installation of a
swimming pool with surrounding decking at the property located at 10 Telegraph
Hill, Provincetown, MA.
Initial
review of plans resulted in board feeling that a site visit was necessary
before proceeding. Site visit scheduled for June 21, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.

by Neal Kimball on behalf of Provincetown Hospitality, LLC. The applicant seeks
approval to convert an existing motel to multi-family residential use at the
property located at 540-544 Commercial Street.

by Neal Kimball on behalf of Provincetown Hospitality, LLC. The applicant seeks
approval to convert an existing motel to multi-family residential use at the
property located at 543-545 Commercial Street.
Doug
Taylor reported that the Town Manager met with all Department heads in
reference to Board of Selectmen’s goals and objectives around affordable
housing and economic development. Planning Board must establish goals and
objectives for itself and make recommendations to the BOS. This is due at next
meeting on June 7, 2006. He asked board if they are interested in undertaking a
thorough look at Zoning By-laws in order to streamline department. Board agreed
to consider and asked that Martha Hevenor be invited to next meeting to provide
assistance.

Discussion
of Joe DiMartino expressing interest in being appointed to Planning Board. Town
Moderator chose not to make this appointment but Planning Board has the
opportunity to make appointment at the end of May. Howard Burchman agreed to
talk with Mr. DiMartino to see if he is still interested.
Anne
Howard made a motion to nominate Howard Burchman as Chair of Planning Board.
Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
Howard
Burchman made a motion to nominate Anne Howard as Vice Chair of Planning Board.
Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
