Review
entire file for 12 Ship’s Way Road Extension
Abutter John Crowley has brought more issues to the
attention of the building commissioner and board than was previously covered
during previous administrative amendment. Doug Taylor would like the case
opened for new site plan review hearing since so much has been done to the
property without review or approval. He feels there grave misrepresentation of
original site plan and the site plan that was submitted for review for
administrative amendment.
Kevin Rich made a motion to reopen case due to
appeal of abutter and significant discrepancies found within original site plan
and amended version of December 5, 2005. Ellen Battaglini seconded and it
passed 3:0:0.
Bylaw
Revision Review
Kevin Rich made a motion to send three potential
bylaw revisions to BOS for review at their February 22, 2006 meeting. Ellen
Battaglini seconded and it passed 3:0:0.
Brief discussion of procedures for Site Plan Review
with the possibility of making it a special permit process which would give
Planning Board more enforcement power.
