Case #2005-11 Definitive Subdivision Plan
Request for
signatures on plan submitted by William N. Rogers II, P.E., P.L.S. on behalf of
Clancy Realty Trust, 811 & 837 Commercial Street for lot numbers 5 and 6. Represented by Gary Locke and Attorney, Jay Murphy
who were seeking Planning Board endorsement and signatures on Mylar Plan and
Covenant that were approved but not signed at a previous meeting.

Anne Howard made a motion to endorse. Winthrop Smith seconded and it
passed 5:0:0.
Minutes
Anne Howard made a motion to approve with noted corrections, minutes from
November 2, 2005. Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:1.
Issues for Planning Board to address for next Town Meeting are as
follows:
