Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.

 

Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

Gary Locke on behalf of Thomas R. Burke et al & Kay Halle et al, 14 West Vine Street and 27 Tremont Street to exchange a portion of land.

Board recommended that applicant come to next meeting for approval.

 

Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

Gary Locke on behalf of Town of Provincetown, Off Winslow Street and 5 Holway Avenue to combine parcel 4 to 5 Holway Ave property.

Board recommended that applicant come to next meeting for approval.

 

Case #2005-11 Definitive Subdivision Plan

Request for signatures on plan submitted by William N. Rogers II, P.E., P.L.S. on behalf of Clancy Realty Trust, 811 & 837 Commercial Street for lot numbers 5 and 6. Represented by Gary Locke and Attorney, Jay Murphy who were seeking Planning Board endorsement and signatures on Mylar Plan and Covenant that were approved but not signed at a previous meeting.

 

Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

John McElwee of Felco, Inc. on behalf of Richard A. Oppen Investment Trust, 9 Oppen Lane for a division of one parcel into three lots with no new ways created.

Preliminary plan was submitted for review. A site visit was scheduled for December 7, 2005 at 4:00 p.m.

Ted Malone for property located at 23 and 43 Race Point Road. (Nelson Riding Stables)

Anne Howard made a motion to endorse. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 5:0:0.

 

Minutes

Anne Howard made a motion to approve with noted corrections, minutes from November 2, 2005. Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:1.

 

Issues for Planning Board to address for next Town Meeting are as follows:
