Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

 

Case #2005-02 Preliminary Subdivision Plan

William Rogers ll, on behalf of Outer Edge Nominee Trust, Miriam A. Collinson, Trustee for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan, 386 & 390 Route 6

Anne Howard made a motion to continue to August 3, 2005. Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Case #2005-03 ANR Application

Mark Joy of Coastal Engineering on behalf of David Jarrett. Applicant seeks approval to convey a small portion of land from 50 Point Street owned by Michael Abdella & Nicolas Oliveri and a small portion of 52 Point Street, land owned by Daniel Petrucci to David Jarrett of 20 Commercial Street, (Res 1 Zone)

Anne Howard made a motion to endorse. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Case #2005-07 ANR

Andrew Simon and Dale Goddard. Applicant seeks approval to combine two lots into one lot at the property located at 71 Race Point Rd known as Lot 1 and Lot 2 (Res 3 Zone)

Anne Howard made a motion to continue until July 20, 2005. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Case #2005-09 Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

John McElwee of Felco, Inc. on behalf of Bradford Montello Realty Trust. (Rick Murray). Applicant seeks approval to combine two lots into one lot for properties known as 35 Bradford Street and 9 Montello Street, Res 3 Zone.

 Anne Howard made a motion to endorse. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Case #2005-10 Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

William Rogers ll, on behalf of Harlan J. Strieb. Applicant seeks approval to convey Lot 2, 166=/-sq. ft. from 44 Pearl Street to 42 Pearl Street (Res 3 Zone)

Board recommended that plan be presented at a future meeting.

 

Anne Howard made a motion to take agenda items out of order. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Discussion with William Rogers regarding approved Clancy Realty Trust Subdivision Plan. Presented proposed changes in driveway from Shore Road and reconfiguration of oval. Ellen Battaglini made a motion to designate change as an administrative amendment to site plan. Anne Howard seconded and it passed 4:0:0. Anne Howard made a motion to approve administrative amendment (change in Sketch Plan A1-0 dated June 6, 2005). Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:0.

 

Discussion with Mark Joy of Coastal Engineering on behalf of Charles Silva.

(Shankpainter Rd.) Case #2005-11  Site visit to possibly be conducted on August 3, 2005.

 

Continued discussion with Martha Hevenor on Zoning By-laws.

Discussed changes in General Use Categories for Growth Management Allocation Permits. Next discussion will be Outdoor display issues.

 

Applicant for Alternate Planning Board member, Kevin Rich came before board.

Anne Howard made a motion to appoint Kevin Rich as alternate member of Planning Board. Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
