was called to order at 7:07 p.m.

the members of the Planning Board were present at the April 4 & 5 Town
Meeting.
Case #2005-02
Preliminary Subdivision Plan
William
Rogers ll, P.E., P.L.S., on behalf of Outer Edge Nominee Trust, Miriam A.
Collinson, 386 & 390 Route 6.
Request
for a motion to continue to May 4, 2005. Ellen Battaglini made a motion,
Winthrop Smith seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
Discussion
on status of Dunes Edge Campground Subdivision Plans.
Case #2005-03 ANR
Application

Battaglini made a motion to discuss this case later in meeting. Howard Burchman
seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
Mark
Joy of Coastal Engineering on behalf of David Jarrett. Applicant seeks approval
to convey a small portion of land from 50 Point Street owned by Michael Abdella

on ATM 2005 Articles
Howard
Burchman stated that Planning Board gets no support from Town Counsel.
Anne
Howard raised issue of some redundancy of Zoning by-laws and General by-laws in
reference to outdoor displays.

Reorganization
Anne
Howard made a motion to nominate Howard Burchman as Chair of the Planning
Board. Ellen Battaglini seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
Ellen
Battaglini made a motion to nominate Anne Howard as Vice Chair of the Planning
Board. Howard Burchman seconded and it passed 4:0:0.
Planning
Board needs a liaison to the Community Preservation Committee.
Martha
Hevenor of the Cape Cod Commission, is contracted services-staff person to Planning Board for LCPIC purposes.
Doug Taylor will invite her to the next meeting.
Need
to meet with Jonathon Sinaiko to reword ATM-14 for future Town Meeting.
Next
meeting is May 4, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
