6:00 PM in the Caucus Hall

Present: Hatty Walker Fitts, Robin Evans, Fred Berger, Barbara Sullivan, Gordon Peabody, Celine Gandolfo, alternate

Gordon reported that Robin Evans helped for several hours in sorting records. Also gave everyone copies of the Foss Woods
management plan.

General discussion about future informational meetings that are coming up

Using a map of a particular piece of land that might be available as an exercise on how it could be a benefit to the town for walking,
bike paths, protection of town property etc./ typical score card exercise

Discussion about what can be done about Shankpainter Pond land that is being purchased.
Phase 1:
To restore the road cut, it could be about $50,000. At the very least we need to stabilize the cut area with straw--40 bales-- and
jute--several rolls--netting which would be about $2000.00.

Re-vegetation in keeping with management Plan

Robin Evans made the motion to move immediately to address the problem of Phase 1--stabilize the top soil cuts. Fred Berger-2nd
the motion. Hatty Fitts, Gordon Peabody, Barbara Sullivan, Fred Berger, Robin Evans and Celine Gandolfo voted Yes.

Would like to get help from Americorps.
