1. meetings now to be held every 2 weeks. Next meeting(due to holiday)
Nov 30th, 3PM, then every two weeks thereafter.

2. Motion made to accept Miriam Collinson as new member. (Time period defaulted appointment to committee) Robin Evans made motion;Fred Berger
seconded. Vote unanimous by Fred berger, Robin Evans, Celine Gandolfo

3. Next meeting's agenda:
a. management of public space
b.discussion of funding of management plan
c.update Open Space plan for review with steering committee
d.continuing research on open space, historic trails,available
properties for "Greenway Project"
