Minutes of 4/19/01

Meeting called to order by Celine Gandolfo at 7:10 PM

Present: Celine Gandolfo, Robin Evans, Fred Berger, Hatty Walker

Minutes: Approval of Minutes January 5th 2001

Discussion of updating our submission of minutes to the Town

Clerk. Robin will email me on the dates she’s aware that have been

approved.

Public Statements: Celine read a letter from CASAS re: looking for

available in town and the conclusion was that it would bet be

difficult to find land that was not near residential areas.

Open Space Steering Committee:

Hatty Walker Fitts gave a report on the meeting of 4/13/01

then be presented to the Selectman and Conservation Commission for

approval. Also need to schedule a Public Hearing by OSC for Locke

management plan.

Landbank: Discussion was held about the Open Space Committee not

being involved in the landbank amendment that was presented to

Hatty Walker Fitts says to send letter to the State about our

concerns. Letter will be drafted by Robin Evans and circulated to

committee for in-put.

Other business: Time to review the Open Space Master Plan.
