Minutes of August 10th 2000

Called to order by Co-Chair Celine Gandolfo at 7:10 PM

Present Robin Evans, Barbara Sullivan, Fred Berger

Minutes of July 13th Approved

Locke Property:

signed agreement by the end of September in order to be able to

get a grant.

Committee will send a request to the Selectman requesting that

they follow through with the Cape Cod Commission and Barnstable

Commission regarding available grants.

Committee will ask Keith Bergman to make a specific offer to the

Locke family as soon as possible.

Robin Evans and Barbara Sullivan will meet with Mark Latour,

assistant town manager, as soon as possible to facilitate this

process.

Barbara Sullivan presented a copy of a suggested deed restriction

which needs to be part of any purchase agreement.

Robin is working on a list of all abutters to the railroad bed

properties.
