3. Locke Acquisition update: funding reviewed and updated.

Celine to talk with PCT

Fred to get information for tax status of support included.

4. Harry kemp Property- to review at next meeting-Olga invited

5. Shankpainter Managethnt-Robin to check with David Guertin
