Celine read a letter from the abutters of the property that

A motion was made by Hatty Fitts, seconded by Robin Evans, to

approve hiring Mark Truran to immediately start on the second

appraisal needed for the Self-Help Grant. On a vote of 5-0-0, the

Motion Carried.

Shank Painter Property:

Celine reported that the planting of dune grass to help stabilize

the area was completed by the Americorps. There is also some

compost from the Town that will be spread in the road-cut, but

probably not until Fall.

Next Meeting was set for 7:00PM, Wednesday, May 10th.

The Meeting adjourned at 8:30PM.
