Minutes for February 10, 2000

The Meeting of March 23, 2000 was called to order at 7:05PM by Celine Gandolpho, Co-Chair. Also present were Fred Berger , Robin Evans, Hatty Walker Fitts and Barbara Sullivan.

Motion to go into Executive Session:

At 7:10PM, a motion was made by Robin Evans, seconded by Barbara Sullivan, to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the possible sale price of the Locke Property with Mr. Locke. The motion passed 5-0-0.

At 8:00PM the regular meeting came bback into session

Information Packet:

There was a general discussion regarding putting together an information packet for the Selectmen’s meeting of February 14, 2000. Robin presented the rough draft and map. Barbara agreed to type up the information, and Robin will get it copied. The packets will be delivered Friday, February 11^th.

Next Meeting:

The next meeting will be the Public Hearing on the Shank Painter Management Plan and was set for Tuesday, February 15, at 7:00PM.

Adjourned:

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00PM.
