Called to order by Celine Gandolfo at 7:15 PM

Present: Members: Hatty Walker Fitts, Robin Evans, Barbara

Berger could not attend because of illness/cold) advisor (Fred

planting using Americorps. She found someone to show them whattion

should be planted, where and recommends the grass be in by April.

Management plan has circulated to allthown departments for review.

Comments need to be in by February 15 , 2000 for the Hearing.

Robin: Put together presentation to other committees of what the

purchase. Robin compared all aspects of the Open Space Law, whatto

the master plan has outlined and what lands are available.

monies go to affordable housing, there was a general discussionace

about including such housing space being made part of the Locke

property vs. getting other properties for affordable housing.

Next meeting would tentatively be scheduled for February 8th 2000
