The committee began our meeting with a site visit to the Brown Street Extension area.
Back at Town Hall, David Gardner joined our discussion of the Brown Street Extension issue and the possibility of the Open Space Committee presenting an article at Town Meeting for the town to release fee interest in a section of the Brown Street Extension that occurs on the property of Mimi Gross, in exchange for a donation of another parcel of land owned by Ms Gross. Discussions were held by phone with her attorney, Lisa Westervelt. It was also resolved to talk to Gross’ property manager, Gary Joseph
