Meeting called to order 2:30PM

Members present: Steve, Robin, Celine

Minutes approved for 1/17/2006 by motion from Celine, second by Steve

.I PCT purchase/ATM

Robin has contacted Howard Burchman to learn progress of purchase. Will no try to contact another member of PTC Board.

Motion by Celine to put acquisition of Harry Kemp/ PTC land on 2006 ATM warrant. Steve second. Vote unanimous. Total then for park-which will include both Wells property and PTC--will be 10 acres.

II Railroad Right-of-Way

Letter needs to be sent to grant office letting them know that ConCom meeting has not been held due to tie-ups with Shankpainter. Need to ask Barnstable if can change hardener to wood chips (more natural material) to improve walking surface. And if possible to drop wheel-chair access as not viable.

III Shankpainter

Now clear can use Ship's Way as walking and biking access path as owned by Patricks. Will continue process with PCT and ConCom to fashion solution to management plan.
