Minutes approved for September 27, 2004. Motion by Ron, second by Celine.

Old Business:

Wells update: Con Com signed CR. Now in front of Selectmen, then on its way to State for finalization. OSC will meet with Ray to continue plans for management design. Discussions to include Theatre Co. about adjacent land.

Management Plans

"management plan subcommittee" to meet to implement plans

for Locke and Shankpainter. Determine accessibility of funds

for implementation.

Railroad Right of Way

Discussion to set ROW as "historic way" and place under

permanent conservation. Question whether to create loops for hiking--CCC funds such pathways. Suggestion to approach Historic Commission.

Goal: to bring to ATM 2005 idea of placing ROW under permenant conservation restricton and designated as historic.
