OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE MEETING

Meeting called to order 4:15PM

Members present: Celine, Steve, Ron, Robin

Old Business:

Discussed need to identify wetlands and buffer zones (and hence suitability to build) as means to prioritize properties. Maxine

researching delineations.

Greenway/Curtis property project; letters out to 4 landowners

adj to property. Follow-up discussed.

. Management plans: establishment of "management plan sub-

committee with ConCom, PCT and OSC to expedite implementation

of Land Bank management plans already in place. Ron to contact

Sandy @ DPW. Robin to contact ConCom to request volunteer for

committee. OSC member-Ron. PCT member-Celine.

Minutes approved for July 15,2004, August 16,2004, August 23, 2004 ]and Sept 2, 2004. Celine offered motion to approve, Steve seconded.

Vote unanimous.
