Old Business

Discussion of trail system in west end and upcomng presentation of this project to Bd of Selectmen Monday April 29th to recommended indefinitely postponing Articles 24 and 25 of the Annual Town Meeting dealing with abandonment of Browne St Ext.

Gary willing to write out description of trail system to accompany map and mission statement for Selectmen's packet prior to meeting.

Discussion of upcoming FinCom meeting to review five articles for Town Meeting tomorrow March 26th

Discussion of RR Right-of-Way project and need to send maps to landowners surrounding Curtis property to gain CR on their land.

Discussion of affordable housing. Suggestion to meet with that committee after CPA ballot vote in May.

Discussion of fence blocking access to Shankpainter Pond on Ice House Rd. Suggestion to write atty handling the Snow property about use of "proscriptive easement."
