Old Business

a. Hold on CR's for Clapp's Pond and RR bed per Mark Robinson's advice secondary to state's current position.

b. Wells property

Article reviewed with option to acquire property by eminent domain if owner able to indemnify town; Town needs to manage risk after title search.

c. Curtis property

Robin offered motion to purchase Curtis 1.5 acreage for $100,000. Steve seconded. To connect to "Greenway" properties.
