OPEN SPACE MEETING & site visit 1:00 am

Present: Celine Gandolfo, Co-chair, Gary Delius, OSC assist., Robin Evans, Co-chair,

Steve Milkewicz and about 28 year around residents of Provincetown.

We walked through West End properties and trails to determine the best routes to bring attention to and keep walkways and trails open to the public as more and more trails are being blocked by fences.

The goal was accomplished by establishing trails that would link our conservation lands to general pathways throughout neighborhoods and to connect to Shankpainter Pond on the Route 6 side. People were in agreement that we need to keep these walkways open and establish their current existence and / or previous existence.

The group felt very positive about following the course to get this mission accomplished ASAP

The walk lasted about 2hours and people left from the site rather than returning back to town hall to culminate the meeting. It was an enthusiastic meeting.
