Meeting called to order 10AM
Old Business:
Minutes approved of meetings 9/2/2003 and 9/10/2003  by unanimous vote.

Steve initiated, Celine seconded.

New Business:
 Visit from Rep Eric Turkinton to present update on status of Land Bank Cape wide.
 Further discussion on land quest in west end contact APCC to pinpoint wetlands inventory and species to help  prioritize possible purchase.
Unanimous vote to support CPA put forth at the Town Visioning Process meeting. Robin initiated, Celine seconded. Support of use of Land Bank's 10% share of the CPA for land
purchase of wellfields in Truro..
