| New Business:

| Gary and Ted Malone presented idea for OSC feedback of trail on old

historic cart path through Meadows complex north to Seashore and beach. Trail cuts through protected wetlands. Suggestion of paving to create bike path.

| OSC agreed to walk land at trail head from Meadows Motel to determine feasability and environmental impact of such

an undertaking.
