Meeting called to order 9AM. Present: Steven , Robin, Celine

Old Business

   Brief overview of Town's Visionary Process

New Business

   1.  reviewed Town maps in effort to define current goals:
           a. prioritize properties for conservation as suggested in
                  Town Visionary Process
           b. contact PCT, COMPACT, and other groups to assist                              consideration of property list.
           c. further implementation of management plans
           d. approach VSB on concept of declaring RRRofW as historic
                  district and creation of phamplet mapping open spaces
                   for tourist use.
           e. contact "smart growth" consultant to assist in prioritization.
           f. research sustainability reports.
           g. follow Jon's suggestion to attend AH meetings. Also to
                  contact Patrick Manning re Cumberland Farms land
Next meeting agenda: to begin listing important lands to be dedicated
         to conservation. Work with Gary on mapping.
