Minutes of Meeting July 23, 2007

Meeting was held at the Provincetown Public Library, 356 Commercial St.

Members Present:  Chair Mick Rudd; Vice Chair Lyn Kratz; Secretary Jim Cole; Paul Benatti, CJ Noyes.

Others Present:  Debbie DeJonker-Berry, Library Director

Members of the Public: none

Call to Order:  Mick Rudd called the meeting to order at 7:16pm.

1.  Public Statements:  There were no public statements.

2.  Agenda: No Changes

The special (weekly) meeting was called to discuss what we want to accomplish in the next 5-6 months. With the belfry about to go up, it is seen as a major phase completed, and it is time to focus on where we go from here. The trustees agreed that it is time to redefine our mission,

There was extended discussion on goals and priorities and examination of our partnerships with various Town boards.

No motions were made, except to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15.
