Members Present: Arturo Alon (Chair), Tim Hazel, Scott Campbell.

Members Absent: Kenneth Barge, Cindy Bowes, Eileen Kennedy (Alternate).

Others Present: Clem & Deb Silva (83 Shankpainter Road property), Judith

Oset (Department of Regulatory Management), Gladys Johnstone,

(Recorder).

Motion: Motion made by Chair to accept minutes of October 19, 2001. Seconded by

Scott Campbell. Unanimous.

Local Housing Board discussion with Clem and Deb Silva regarding possible reconfiguration of rental property at 83 Shankpainter Road. Board and Silva’s agreed to a December meeting with David J. Hedison, a consultant to discuss possible solutions to rental problems.

Sanjo Realty trust: Proposed letter from the Local Housing Partnership to be sent to Sanjo was read by Board.

Harry Kemp Corp.: Still progressing. Judith Oset will check on further progress.

New Business: Lottery for 1 bedroom house to be held in Judge Welsh Room on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 at 7:30 p.m.

Articles for Spring Town Meeting to be readied in December by Board.

Motion made to adjourn at 10:15 p.m. Next meeting December 21, 2001 at 10:00 a.m.
