(Recording Secretary).

Updates:

*Sanjo; Letter from Tim Hazel and Scott Campbell to be

sent to Sanjo Realty Trust.

*Discussed 32 Conwall Street Project.

Other Business:

Motion made by Chair to approve minutes of September 28, 2001. Kenneth Barge seconded the motion. Unanimous. So voted.

Motion made by Chair to approve Eileen Kennedy as alternate to LHP. Seconded by Kenneth Barge. So voted.

Judith Oset to prepare draft schedule for next meeting.

Start discussion of Articles for next Town meeting.

Judith to recommend extra money for laptops.

Invitations to LHP board from LCCD (Lower Cape Cod Development Corp.) for October 24, 2001 Meeting.

Motion made to adjourn by Chair. Seconded by Kenneth Barge. So voted.
