Clem & Deb Realty Trust – update
A response from David J. Hedison, a consultant, was read to the Board regarding the validity of the figures provided. After a great deal of discussion it was decided that Town Counsel should pursue this matter with the attorney representing ClemDeb Realty Trust.
Motion: Tim Hazel made a motion to send a letter from
Dan Hill which would state that the Board is totally reluctant to grant any
reduction in the affordable housing units until the applicant pursues financing
as suggested by David Hedison, and asking him to forward the letter to Clem’s
attorney. Arturo Alon seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.
Ron Reil – 56B West Vine Street project
Discussion regarding written response from Ron Reil concerning his delay in selling the affordable unit at 56B West Vine Street. No action to be taken at this time.

Any other business
that shall properly come before the Board.
