Meeting called to order at 9:04 am.

Further discussion regarding the award of an affordable housing permit to Jose Passos. Unanimous vote to award said permit with outlined conditions.

Discussion with Michael Bunn regarding meeting with Judith Oset on June 1^st to discuss affordable housing initiatives.

Input from Richard Olsen regarding the current lack of communication between town boards often dealing with similar issues.

Discussion regarding Local Housing Partnership’s suggestions for the selectman’s list of goals for the coming year:

Stop or severely limit condo conversions

Improve communication between town boards

Increase affordable housing goal from 10% to 25%

Brief discussion of ongoing projects. Updates needed. AJ to contact Sanjo Realty Trust regarding selection of candidate for 5^th unit. Scott to contact Ron Reil regarding candidate selection for West Vine Street unit.

Next meeting scheduled for Friday, June 1, 2001 – 9am – Town Hall.
