Meeting Minutes     Friday, April 6, 2001

Meeting called to order at 9:10 am.

Working session with Judith Oset regarding new affordable permitting process. Discussion included the topics of deed restrictions and the possible granting of building permits to create affordable units by legalizing existing units.

Jose Passos Nelson Ave. proposed unit. After a short discussion, a site visit was scheduled for Monday, April 9^th, at 9am.

Next meeting scheduled for Friday, May 18th, 2001 – 9am – Town Hall.
