The LHP meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M.

Discussion on Hearing Cove Village:

AJ suggested he would like to see more of a bedroom count. They are adding 17 bedrooms in which only three bedrooms would be affordable, leaving the remaining fourteen at market rate.

Also, all three units are on the lower level. The LHP would like to see more of a mixture in the project.

Housing Criteria:

How we could add in percentage of bedroom count @ 33% verses unit count.
