Meeting called to order at 9:04 am

Delwin Trent, David Krohn, Herring Cove Village

Dicussion regarding clarification of the definition of “affordable” housing for the development proposed. Petitioner hoping to make all three units as median income or whether as a mix. Petitioner requesting information regarding other funding sources that might be available from the town or state.

Conservation and Planning meetings scheduled for the project and then another public meeting will be scheduled with the LHP. Then proceed to Zoning to issuance of permits.

Questions on the verbiage for the deed restriction that will need to be placed on the affordable housing units; AJ will request Maxine to provide petitioners with this information.

Post meeting for Friday, May 18, 2007 and at that point will have information requested at that point with the intention of lifting the contingencies. After then the project should turn over to the new housing council.

Brian motion to adjourn. Melissa Jones seconded. All vote to approve. 3-0.
