LHP Members present: Arturo Alon, Bryan Green, Melissa Jones

and Noah Taylor.

LHP Members absent: Scott Campbell, Tim Hazel (both excused)

Planning Members present: Ellen Battaglini, Annie Howard, Joe DeMartino

and Kevin Rich.

Planning Board absent: Howard Burchman and Kevin Rich

Others: Martha Hevenor and Maxine Notaro

The LHP meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.

The Planning meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m.

Discussion on 4170 amendments:

Annie said that the Planning Board still feels strongly about the 20%.

A.J. Alon said that there are 2 developers wanting to do the 33%. There was more discussion and LHP decided that they would like to keep their amendment at 33%.

Planning is now deciding whether or not to submit both - or to submit the LHP's draft and present another bylaw at the Special Town Meeting.

The LHP suggested that the LHP would support that in the fall. Planning has decided to submit their amendment to 4170. LHP has already submitted theirs.

Motion: Adjourn the LHP meeting at 8:10 p.m.

Motion: Bryan Green Seconded: Noah Taylor Vote: 4-0-0.
