Others: Michael Lussier and Ken Weiss

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting Agenda

48-60 Race Road - Unit 15.

The Local Housing Partnership had been asked to sign off on the form which verified Michael Lussier's income. The verification was necessary for Michael to be able to close on the unit. The entire transaction was contingent upon receipt of a check in the amount of $3,696 from the developer, Ken Weiss. Mr. Weiss said he will provide the check on the morning of February 22^nd, 2007. The Chair, A.J. Alon, will sign off at that time.

Adjournment of the LHP meeting happened at 6:45 p.m.

Reconvened the LHP in conjunction with the Planning Board at 7:00 p.m.

Planning Board present: Ellen Battaglini, Annie Howard, and Joe DeMartino

Planning Board absent: Howard Burchman and Kevin Rich

DISCUSSION: 4170

Annie Howard opened the discussion by talking about changing the percentage to 20%. A.J. Alon countered by saying that the LHP had had several meeting over the last few weeks and wanted to maintain their 33%.

Martha Hevenor presented both Boards with the changes made to their amendment. The LHP Chair, A.J. Alon, presented a draft amendment to section 4170; the amendments include adding no subdivisions or mixed use AND remaining at 33%.

Planning requested having another meeting with just the LHP on February 28^th at 7:00 p.m. It was agreed.
