Discussion on Section 4170:

The Planning Department proposed the amendment and Martha Hevenor went through the amendment in its entirety.

Arturo Alon, the LHP Chair, had several questions. Questions and answers went on for about one hour. LHP would not make a decision of the revised article until another joint meeting with the Planning Board. It was scheduled for February 21^st at 7:00 p.m.

Motion: Adjourn the LHP portion of the meeting at 8:00 p.m..

Motion: Noah Taylor Seconded: Bryan Green Vote: 4-0-0.

Adjournment happened at 8:00 p.m.
