Meeting called to order at 9:05 a.m.

Meeting Agenda

Discussion on Affordable Housing Specialist with Doug Taylor, Building Commissioner and Keith Bergman, Town Manager. This topic will be placed on hold until May 5, 2006.

CHR Recommendations

The Permit Coordinator is working on updating the Affordable Housing Criteria.

Any other business

Pam Parmakian from CHR said there are no affordable components on conversions.

Adjournment: Cindy Bowes moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 a.m.
