brought forward by CHR
The members had a discussion on the
recommendations brought forward from Community Housing Resources (CHR) on home
ownership; paragraph 4 does not need to go into the criteria.
On Tables 5 & 9:
The partnership discussed an Affordable Housing
Specialist. They want to create a
position for one with funds from the Affordable Housing Trust fund.
The discussion on the Affordable Housing
Specialist was tabled until the next meeting so everyone can study the
paperwork.
Public Hearing on Establishing Fees
Motion:
Move to accept the proposed fee schedule as presented.
Motion by Cindy Bowes Seconded by Dixie Federico Vote 4-0-0.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
