Michael Bunn made reference to Exhibit D – A
Monitoring Services Agreement. The
Town gets $3K for C& R. Michael suggested
the document be included in future permits granted.
Exhibit C – Affordable Housing Restriction
(rental) The Fine Art Works Center
(FAWC) is buying 5 units. Ted Malone
reported that the apartments will be yearround for Fellows and/or staff.
Mark LaTour asked about term of restrictions for
the 5 FAWC units and said is was for 90 or 99 years. Ted felt that it should be 99 years. It had been typed incorrectly.
Tim Hazel asked what the retail multplier
meant? Once this question was answered,
the following motion was made:
Motion: Teri Nezbeth made a motion to recommend
accepting the final version of the document.
It was seconded by Tim Hazel with a vote of 3-0-0.
Tim expressed concern
over receiving the documents at the last minute.
Motion: Teri Nezbeth made a motion to adjourn at 11:30 a.m. It was seconded by the Chair and it passed 3-0-0.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
