Members Present: Arturo Alon (Chair), Teri Nezbeth, Tim Hazel, and Cindy Bowes. Absent: Scott Campbell, excused. Eileen Kennedy, not excused.
Others: Maxine Notaro, Laurie Bernadino.
Meeting Minutes:
Local housing Partnership meeting opened by Chair at 9:10 a.m.
Motion by Teri Nezbeth to appoint Tim Hazel to the Community Preservation Committee. Seconded by Cindy Bowes. Voted unanimously.
Updates:
48 - 60 Race Point Road. Still under construction. Waiting for sign-off on Easement. 34 - 36 Conwell. Affordable unit completed by September "04. Meadows. Modular boxes ordered. Completion date by May "05. 68 Race Point Road. In Lottery stages.
Laurie Bernadino, Tenant-at-wi 11, ClemDeb Housing on Shank Painter Road filed a complaint with Local Housing Partnership Board. Owners have evicted her by September 30, "04. Has hired own Attorney. Cited cases of breaking Landlord Law, Drugs in building and poor health conditions in Community Kitchen.
Maxine Notaro will send registered letter to ClemDeb requesting that landlord resend names, unit numbers, and income verification of tenants in affordable units of building, and appear before the Board at next meeting on September 24, 2004.
Election of Officers postponed.

Motion by Teri Nezbeth to accept the Affordable Housing Restriction. Seconded by Arturo Alon. Unanimous. So moved.
LHP will report motion to BOS to be put on Agenda for next meeting.
Nancy Davidson, HAC, after discussion of the merits of Ready to Buy over Lottery procedure
for affordable housing withdrew her proposal for Ready to buy. Will continue Lottery for the
present.
Motion to accept minutes of 5/21/04. Unanimous. So voted. Motion to adjourn. Unanimous. So moved.
