Meeting Minutes:
Local housing Partnership meeting opened by Chair at 9:10 a.m.
Ken Weiss discussed 48-60 Race Point Project. 90% completed. Expect to market July or August. Ken Weiss requested eligibility for lottery on these properties. 58 Harry kemp Way discussed. Gwen Pelletier, Executive Director of Lower Cape Cod Community Development Corporation, stated the necessity for LHP to approve Affordable Housing restrictions by-law immediately regarding procedures on 58 Harry kemp Project. Tim hazel recused himself .
Motion to accept Affordable housing restriction by Teri Nezbeth seconded by Arturo Alon. Unanimous. So moved.
LHP will report motion to BOS to be put on Agenda for next meeting.
Nancy Davidson, HAC, after discussion of the merits of Ready to Buy over Lottery procedure for affordable housing withdrew her proposal for Ready to buy. Will continue Lottery for the present.
Motion to accept minutes of 5/21/04. Unanimous. So voted.
Motion to adjourn. Unanimous. So moved.
