Meeting Minutes:
Local housing Partnership meeting opened by Chair at 9:00 a.m.
HAC will no longer use lottery system for affordable housing. Local Housing Board wants to proceed with the lottery for 68 Race Point Road. Will request Nancy Davidson of HAC to come to meeting to discuss.
83 Shank Painter Road. Maxine Notaro will inform Mark Latour that a letter will need to be sent to Clem and Deb’s requesting additional information regarding rental records.
Motion to accept minutes of 4/09/04. 5 yes. 1 abstaining. So voted.
Other business: Community Preservation Committee being formed to consist of I member each from Conservation Committee, Historical Committee, Planning Committee, Recreation Committee, Housing Authority, Housing Partnership and Open Space Committee and 2 independent members.
LHP on BOS Agenda Monday for reappointment.
