Members Present:  Arturo Alon (Chair), Scott Campbell, Teri Nezbeth.

Members Absent:   Cindy Bowes, Tim Hazel, Eileen Kennedy, all excused.

Others:  Mark Latour, Maxine Notaro.

Meeting Minutes:

Local housing Partnership meeting opened by Chair at 9:00 a.m.

Updates:

34-36 Conwell Street  Foundations are poured, framing crew have been identified

                                      and  hired and will start construction April 12, 2004.

 

48 Race point Road    Unit #1 – Sheetrock complete, painting in progress.

                                      Kitchen is being installed this week.

 

                                      Unit #3 – Sheetrock complete, painting and finish work in

                                      Progress.  Kitchen is being installed this week.  

                                     

                                      Unit #7 – Sheetrock being hung, next will be painting and

                                      Finish work.  Kitchen ordered but not installed.

 

58 Harry Kemp Way  Settlement discussions in progress in response to litigation filed

                                      By Buyer.  

 

68 Race Point Road    Affordable housing unit has been completed, no certificate of

                                      Occupancy has been issued because the remainder of the building

                                      Is not completed.  Hope to have a finish date of May 1, 2004.

 

83 Shank Painter Rd  Clem said he would be working with his people this weekend and                                          would have an answer for LHP by next week.  Maxine Notaro

                                      will send registered letter.

 

Motion by Teri Nezbeth and seconded by Arturo Alon to accept minutes of 3/19/04 as read.  Unanimous.  So moved.

     

Motion to adjourn by Teri Nezbeth, seconded by Scott Campbell.  Unanimous.

Meeting ended at 10:00 a.m.
