Local Housing Partnership meeting opened at 9:00 a.m. by Chair Arturo Alon.
Mark LaTour opened the Board meeting with a discussion with the Local Housing Board of the Affordable Housing and Growth Management proposals coming forward to the April 2004 Town Meeting. Mark LaTour will update the Affordable Housing and Growth Management proposals adding comments by Board. CDC deputy Director stressed the importance of the input of all Town Boards at the Wednesday, January 21,2004 meeting at Town hall at 5:00 p.m.
Motion: Made by Terri Nezbeth to support all of the proposed by-laws as currently drafted. 2nd Scott Campbell. Unanimous. So Moved.
