Members Present: Arturo Alon (Chair), Tim Hazel, Scott Campbell, Cindy Bowes,

Teri Nezbeth.

Members Absent: Eileen Kennedy, (with excuse).

Others Present: Maxine Notaro, Permit Coordinator.

Meeting opened by Chair at 10:10 a.m.

Minutes: Architect Eric Dray, Applicant Jim Buckingham, Contractor John Lisbon 48 Race Point Road present application . Discussion followed. Chair motioned to award Permit. Tim Hazel seconded. Passed unanimously.

Ken Weiss, White Pines , 58 Harry Kemp Way, . Lower

Cape CDC with Gwen Pelletier involved. Discussion followed.

Ken Weiss foresees building 1^st week in January for completion of Affordable units. Gwen and Ken will up-date the Board.

Joint meeting on January 8 with Provincetown housing Authority Board 5:30 p.m.

Mark Latour discussed Board business.
