Minutes: Meeting opened by Chair at 9:50 a.m.

Discussion of Description of Affordable Housing by Ken Weiss and LHP.

Town Counsel arrived at 10:00 a.m.

Discussion of records of White Pines Development between Board and Ken Weiss(Developer).

Ken Weiss to seek aid from CDC.

Meeting advised between attorneys to establish due diligence. Allow Attorneys to draft plan to require Ken Weiss to submit a pro-forma for a reasonable profit appraisal after building is built. Determine what original price should be for whole development. Draft letters to be presented before next meeting, September 6, 2000.

Provincetown Historical Commission Representative discussed ways in which the Local Housing Partnership and the Provincetown Historical Commission can work together to benefit the Community.

Motion: Motion made by Tim Hazel, seconded by Arturo Alon to hold executive session with Dan Hill to discuss pending litigation.

Discussion with Town Counsel to allow Clemdeb to meet with Local Housing Partnership Board at September 6^th meeting.

Town Counsel recommends amendment to existing Growth Management By-Law.

Town counsel recommends Board issue a Decision instead of a Permit.
