Harry Kemp Corporation:
Town Counsel will negotiate with White Pines Attorney and bring results to next meeting.
ClemDeb realty Trust:
Attorney requested removal of Cease and Desist order against ClemDeb.
Motion made by Tim Hazel, seconded by Arturo Alon to
remove the order and make decision known to Building Commissioner. Unanimous.

Motion: made by Arturo Alon seconded by Tim Hazel to move that the Provincetown Housing Partnership amend it’s October 12, 1999 decision to authorize the issuance of 4 affordable housing permits for the development of 1 affordable one- bedroom housing, handicapped accessible, unit and 10 affordable single-room occupancy housing units, to authorize instead 3 affordable housing permits for the development of 1 affordable one-bedroom housing unit and 4 affordable single-room occupancy housing units. It shall be a condition of this amendment that the owner execute an affordable housing restriction for term of 40 years, in form and substance approved by the Town Counsel, and the owner shall obtain the subordination of all mortgages on the property described in the restriction to the restorations. Voted: 3 – 0 in favor.
Motion: made by Tim Hazel, seconded by Scott Campbell, for Local housing Partnership to co-sponsor “No Place For Hate” Proclamation. Unanimous. So Moved.
Motion: by Arturo Alon, seconded by Tim Hazel to accept the minutes of August 16, 2002 as read. Unanimous. So Moved.
