Local Housing Partnership minutes of July 19, 2002

Members Absent: Eileen kennedy (with excuse).
Others: Ken Weiss, Lester Murphy, Rose Gschwendtner, Eric Dray, Michael Bunn, Maxine Notaro.
Local Housing Partnership meeting opened at 9:00 a.m. by chair Arturo Alon.
Ken Weiss, Harry Kemp Realty Trust with Attorney Lester Murphy discussion with LHP to change form on Deed restrictions from Rental, to Ownership. Board will review Project. LHP to put project on Agenda for next meeting August 16, 2002.
Judy Menscher, 68 Race Point Road. Lottery opened to all qualified applicants.
Motion made by Arturo Alon, seconded by Tim Hazel, to grant Affordable housing permit to include time frame for affordable housing units. 4 yes 1 abstention.
Michael Bunn Community housing Resources with proposal for 48 Nelson Road (Provincetown heights/CHR) 6 affordable housing units.
Motion made by Tim hazel to rescind original 8 unit permit originally granted. Seconded by Scott Campbell. Unanimous.
Motion made by Artuto Alon to grant permits for 6 units Provincetown heights/CHR. Seconded by Scott Campbell. Unanimoous.
Motion to adjourn by Arturo Alon seconded by Tim Hazel. Unanimous.
