Others Present:  Michael Bunn, E. Dray, R. Gschwendtner, Maxine Notaro, Warren Alexander.

 

Meeting opened at 9:00 a.m.

 

Discussion:  JB Realty Trust.  LHP requested breakdown of budget figures to be submitted at July 19th meeting.

 

Discussion:  Michael Bunn of Community housing Resources re: Nelson Ave. Project.  Developer dropped from 8 units to 6 units.  How to proceed.  LHP advised new site plans presented to Board.  M. Bunn will present new site plans.

 

Discussed Goals and Objectives.

 

New applicant has applied for vacancy left by Ken Barges.

 

Discussion:  Warren Alexander informed Board of deed restrictions in hands of Dan Hill.

 

Motion made to accept minutes of  May 17th as corrected by A. Alon, Second by S. Campbell.  Unanimous.  So moved.

 

Working session meeting scheduled for June 21, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. to revise wording of Criteria on Agenda.
